Swinburne students at Ma'asa Eco-Tourism & Event Centre

A group of Swinburne University students from Sri Lanka, Germany, Greece and Kenya stayed at Ma'asa Eco-Tourism & Event Centre (farm house) located near Kampung Semadang, Jalan Puncak Borneo, about 40 kilometres from Kuching City on Oct 31 and Nov 1.

During they stay there, these students has the first hand experience learning how to cultivate pepper from a local pepper farmer Henry Ta-o Anak Bunan. They were also shown how to process pepper berries to become black and white pepper.
